You may press the appropriate key on your keyboard instead of clicking the links to select them. The main navigational elements are set up Access Keys. The first letter of the main navigation is the Access Key. The bold letter of the links on the bottom of every page corresponds to the access keys associated with those.

Note on Access Keys

If you are using Internet Explorer, hold down the ALT key and press the corresponding key. Then press ENTER to follow the link. Firefox 2.x users must hold down ALT and SHIFT, then press the corresponding key.

The basis of a well formed accessible website starts with conforming to the web standards set forth by the W3C and the WCAG. You can click on “Valid XHTML” link at the bottom of every page to check its conformity.
